GlobalCars provides an online platform for browsing, purchasing, and exporting used vehicles from China. We facilitate connections between buyers and sellers, handle export documentation, and coordinate shipping logistics.
Users must provide accurate information, maintain account security, comply with all applicable laws, and use the platform only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. A 30% deposit is required to confirm orders, with the balance due before shipping. Payments are non-refundable once the vehicle has been shipped.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, port conditions, or other factors. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Vehicles are sold as-is based on the inspection report provided. We guarantee that vehicles match the description and photos. We do not provide mechanical warranties unless explicitly stated.
GlobalCars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the vehicle in question.
All content on this platform, including text, images, and logos, is the property of GlobalCars and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Users may close their accounts at any time by contacting customer support.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Shanghai, China.
